Shipping Policy

You’re not ordering “paper goods.” You’re ordering game night. So we focus on two things: fast production and clean delivery.

Processing time (printing + fulfillment)

We strive for one business day turnaround on printing and fulfillment.

That means:

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day once your order details and files are good to go.
  • If we need to confirm something (file issue, missing info, or an address question), your order may pause until we hear back.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: $5 flat rate per order
  • Tracking: included once your order ships

International shipping

We offer international shipping on demand.

  • International shipping: $25 flat rate per order (by request)
  • Customs, duties, and taxes: may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Transit times vary by destination

If you need international shipping, contact us before ordering so we can set it up correctly.

Expedited shipping (at cost)

If you need your order faster, we offer upgraded shipping at cost (no markup), including:

  • 2nd Day Air
  • Next Day Air

If you have a hard deadline, reach out before ordering so we can confirm the best option and timing.

Packaging standards

We pack orders to arrive clean, flat, and ready for sleeves. If something shows up damaged, take a few clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the inner packaging
  • the damaged items

Then send them to us with your order number so we can fix it fast.

Address accuracy and changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order is in production or shipped, changes get difficult quickly. Shipping labels also do not come with an “undo” button.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • check around the delivery area (porches, mailrooms, package lockers)
  • ask anyone else at the address
  • wait up to 24 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan deliveries)

If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
