We stand behind what we print. If there’s an error on our side, from printing to packing to shipping, we’ll make it right with a reprint, replacement, or refund.
What qualifies for a reprint, replacement, or refund
We’ll fix issues caused by us, including:
- Print defects: obvious misprints, major color problems, missing cards/items, wrong finish, or damage that happened during production.
- Wrong order contents: we sent the wrong item, the wrong quantity, or the wrong version.
- Shipping problems: your order arrives damaged in transit, or a shipping issue happens because we labeled it wrong.
What usually doesn’t qualify
Because these are custom printed products, we generally can’t accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind: you decide you no longer want the order after it’s produced.
- Customer-supplied mistakes: incorrect decklist, wrong file, wrong art, wrong address entered at checkout.
- Normal variation: small shifts in color between screens and print, or minor alignment differences that don’t affect play and are within normal print tolerance.
How to request help
Send us a message with:
- Order number
- What went wrong (one sentence is fine)
- Photos that show the issue clearly (and packaging photos too if it’s shipping damage)
We’ll review it and respond with the fastest fix.
Returns
Most of the time, you won’t need to ship anything back. If we do need a return for verification, we’ll tell you and provide instructions.
Timing
Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue, ideally within a week of delivery, so we can solve it quickly.
