- Screenshots if it’s a layout/preview problem
- If it’s file-related, attach the file or tell us what you uploaded
What to expect
We’re not a faceless ticket queue. You’ll get a human response, and we’ll try to be direct about what’s going on and what the best next step is.
If it’s a print-prep question, we may answer with print-shop language (sorry in advance), but we’ll translate it into normal-person terms too.
Quality guarantee
If your order shows up with a print defect, a cut issue, or something that’s clearly not up to standard, tell us. We’ll review it and work with you on a fix—reprint, replacement, or whatever makes sense.
