About Us

We print MTG proxy cards so you can play more Magic

If you’ve ever built a list you loved… and then hit the price wall, you get it.

A few powerful cards turn into a lot of expensive cards. And suddenly your “fun weekend deck” starts feeling like a car payment. That’s the moment most players start asking about proxies.

We’re here for that moment.

We make Magic the Gathering proxy cards (also called mtg proxy cards or gathering proxy cards) for casual play and playtesting. The goal is simple: help you run the deck you want, in a way that feels clean in sleeves, looks sharp on the table, and shows up on time.

What we believe

  • Magic is better when you can actually try things.
  • A proxy should be readable and consistent.
  • Buying cards shouldn’t be the only way to explore the entire MTG world.
  • The experience matters: shuffle feel, cut quality, and print clarity matter more than hype.

If your proxies look sloppy, your whole night feels sloppy. We don’t want that for you.

What we make

We print proxy cards for:

  • a full commander deck
  • an entire deck for testing a new brew
  • cubes (including big, “I want more cards” cubes)
  • singles if you only need one card for the night

You can upload your own files, or use a deck list workflow (paste your list, confirm the cards, and you’re set). Either way, we focus on consistency.

Same size matters

A big part of “this feels real in hand” is boring but important: the cards need to be the same size as standard gathering cards. If a card is off, you’ll notice it. Especially in a sleeve, especially when you’re shuffling, and especially when it’s in a tight deck box.

We do not sell authentic Magic cards. We do not claim our products are real cards. Our products are proxy cards made for casual use and testing.

How our process works

We keep ordering simple because nobody wants to fight a website just to play a card game.

Here’s the normal flow:

  1. Create your order from a deck list or file upload
  2. Review the details (counts, backs, layout, and any notes)
  3. Checkout (secure payment, clear totals, no gotchas)
  4. We print, cut, pack, and ship
  5. You get tracking so you know exactly where it is

That’s it. You shouldn’t have to wait weeks, chase updates, or wonder if your order got lost.

Quality is not a mystery (we’re picky on purpose)

A proxy doesn’t need to be “perfect” in a collector sense. But it does need to play well.

When we say quality, we mean:

  • crisp text and clean line work
  • good contrast (especially blacks and dark art)
  • cuts that don’t wander
  • consistent thickness and feel
  • cards that don’t look “off” next to each other in sleeves

We also care about the stuff most people ignore until it ruins a batch:

  • cardstock choice
  • print alignment and cut tolerance
  • image resolution and scaling
  • packaging that prevents corner dings in shipping

If you’ve ever opened a package and found bent corners or scuffed faces, you know why this matters.

Fast shipping and clear tracking

Most players order proxies for a reason: game night is coming.

We focus on:

  • predictable turnaround
  • fast shipping options when you need them
  • protection in transit
  • reliable tracking from label to delivery

We can’t control every postal delay on earth, but we can control how we pack orders, how quickly we get them out, and whether you’re left guessing.

Customers come first (because bad proxy experiences are common)

A lot of people get burned the first time they order proxies:

  • blurry images
  • wrong sizing
  • messy cuts
  • cards that feel like cheap paper
  • poor communication when something goes wrong

We built our service to fix that.

If something isn’t right, we want to know. We’ll look at the issue, figure out where it happened in the process, and make it right when it makes sense. Your time matters. Your money matters.

Why we exist

Proxy cards aren’t about “getting away with something.” For most players, they’re about:

  • testing new lines before spending
  • making games more balanced in a group
  • playing the deck you actually want to play
  • keeping expensive staples safe at home

In other words: more Magic, less stress.

And yes—sometimes it’s just fun to build something cool without doing spreadsheet math on your bank account first.

A quick note on Wizards and the community

We love magic. We respect the people who make it. And we’re honest about what we provide.

Proxies can coexist with the game when people use them responsibly:

  • don’t represent proxies as authentic cards
  • don’t try to use them in sanctioned play
  • be upfront with your group or store
  • keep them readable and consistent

That’s the lane we’re in.
