Payments Policy

When you check out on LetsProxy.com, your payment is processed securely through our payment provider. This page explains what we accept, when you are charged, and what to do if something goes sideways (because sometimes payments and browsers choose violence).

Accepted payment methods

We currently accept:

  • Stripe payments (including major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay may only appear as options if your device, browser, and account support them.

When you are charged

  • Most orders are charged at checkout when you place your order.
  • In some cases, your bank may show a pending authorization first, then a completed charge shortly after.

Authorization holds and pending charges

Some banks place temporary authorization holds to verify funds. These usually drop off automatically within a few days, depending on your bank. If you see a pending charge that does not complete, it typically means the payment did not fully go through.

Currency, taxes, and totals

  • Your order total is shown at checkout before you submit payment.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are included in the checkout total (when applicable).

Billing information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If billing details do not match what your bank expects, your payment may be declined.

Payment security and stored data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment details are handled securely by our payment processor.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment fails:

  • Double-check billing address and ZIP or postal code
  • Try a different card or payment method
  • Contact your bank (they are often the final boss here)

If you still cannot check out, contact us and include any error message you received.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank may slow down resolution because we must respond through the bank’s dispute process.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timing are covered in our refund policy:
